Everything project teams need to know about leasing temporary warehouse capacity from us.
Indoors, near the eventual site, on a term that runs to your placed-in-service date. Projects that established beginning of construction on or before July 4, 2026 have until December 31, 2030 to be placed in service, which can mean holding modules, inverters and balance-of-system equipment for several years. We provide climate control matched to OEM warranty specifications, continuous temperature and humidity logging, dated intake and release records, and 24/7 monitored security across our 15M+ SF, 11-state network — with Texas, California Central Valley, Arizona, New Mexico and the Mississippi Delta closest to the utility-scale pipeline. Projects that missed the July 4 date face a December 31, 2027 placed-in-service deadline and usually need fast-turn staging instead. We handle both.
